PRODUCTION TIME/SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

Please note that Shipping/Delivery times ARE NOT the same as production time. Some items, like bleached shirts can take up to 12-15 days to process before shipping especially if it's a shirt color/size I don't have in stock.

The current Turn Around Time for most made-to-order items is ONE Week! Ready-to-Ship items are shipped out within 5-7 business days (does not include weekends and holidays) Unless stated otherwise in listing.

Please note: No Delivery Dates Are Guaranteed. 
All shipping carriers CAN experience delays and transit times that can be much longer than normal. If you believe your package is lost or has been damaged, please contact the shipping company. I cannot refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by the shipping company. I, as a small business appreciate your patience and understanding for​ something like this that is out of my control.

If your purchase arrives damaged or has the wrong item(s), please send pictures and description to me an email to creativelyhandmadene@yahoo.com within TWO days from the time you receive the item.​​

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

No exchanges or returns are accepted on any personalized items. This includes any item that has an added 'name' or specific shirt color.

Non personalized Returns: ITEMS with tags still attached can be returned within TEN (10) DAYS from delivery for store credit only. Once your return has been received, your store credit will automatically be processed to the email address you used to purchase the original order.
